Cryostasis: This game makes me feel cold and uneasy. In a bad way. Which basically describes all games that come out of Russia. Anyhow it grew so dull and un-intriguing that I stopped playing it, despite the totally crazy frost/ice effects. Does it get any better?

No More Heroes: I held off on this game for a long time because I hated Killer 7. Well, I'm not sure why but I decided to try NMH and lo and behold, the gameplay fucking blows. However the characters are so quirky and weird, I felt compelled to suffer through the grinding and the boring-ass levels, just to get to the boss fights. Having beaten the game, I don't regret my decision though it saddens me that one must crack through several layers of SHIT GAMEPLAY to gain access to the tender juicy innards. Damn you Suda51! Hire someone to make your games fun!

Prototype: omg awesome. I've wanted a game like this for ages since I played through Crackdown and desired more carnage, more amoral destruction of innocents and more bounding around on top of skyscrapers like I don't give a shit. Well Prototype delivers, but that's all it delivers. The plot is mediocre-made-bad by an aggressively obnoxious delivery (fuck you Web of Intrigue), the city is dull dull dull and aside from the disappointing campaign, there's really nothing to do aside from a bunch of optional mini-events that I wouldn't play even if they were mandatory. Note to developers: sandbox games fucking suck, make some actual content you tards.
Still, I had a lot of fun with this game and I'm only upset because there isn't MOOOOOOOOAAAARRRR

Persona 3 FES: I had given up on JRPGs and I don't know why I tried this one but I was surprised to find that this game...which is essentially The Sims + Pokemon + GRINDAN, was downright riveting. I'm actually embarrassed to talk any more about this but after I beat it, I did an immediate New Game+ and beat it again.
